Problems getting confirmation email?  Answer: This has been disabled so you don't need a confimation email.

If your having problems joining the room and seem to be getting disconnected Clean out your temporary internet files....that should fix your problem.

Seeing a blank screen or user list?  Answer: If you enter the room and you see no one in the user list or anyone typing. Look at the top of the screen where it says room type. Switch it from http to java or from java to http until you see the user list appear and people typing in the room. This will usually fix the problem. If for some reason this does not work the answer is something on your computer is blocking you. Possibly anti-virus or firewalls. Most common cause it search tool bars added to your broswer. You can remove tool bars in add or remove programs or on vista programs and features.

How to play wavs? Answer: Only hosts can play wavs. While in the chat room look for drop down menu called select sound. Pick the wav you want to hear and select it. Once you see it in the box type a message in the room to activate the wav.

How to send a private message? Answer: Put a dot by the name of the person you want to whisper to and then hit the ear at the bottom of the user list. When your finished whispering them hit the small red x on the bottom of the right hand of your screen, this will cancel out the whisper.

How to veiw profiles? Answer: Put a dot by there name and hit the blue guy at the bottom of the user list. If they have a profile there will be some kind of picture by there name. If there is no picture then they have no profile. If you want to be noticed by people it is best to register on the front page and then you can make a profile and add a picture.

How to register? Answer: Go to register and sign up. Once you get your email confirmation, Go to the link and enter your promo number.
You'll only need to enter the promo number once, from that point you can just go to the main page and enter user
and password info.
If you have any problems getting the confirmation number you probably got a spam filter on. You must disable it
and go to the front page and click resend confirmation number.

You must disable your pop-ups to veiw profiles and emoticons and also to whisper another person in the room. Most pop-up blockers have an option that say allow this site. This site has no pop-up advertising or spyware so allowing this site will not be a problem.
