Omg it took me like 3 weeks to write this poem cause I was so confused at which thoughts to write about and I kept rearranging everything but then I figured I would give it no structure and put in everything to reflect the confusion - there's so much change of thoughts cause thats how I am thinking right now.

Veil The Satisfaction

93 doves in a circle surrounding the lonely heart of Decemeber

The withered black petals are veiled by the smoothering snow

Departing that life, knowing this pain will not last forever

The crackling heat, aşkim its blistering out here in this city

Walking winding roads, holding his hand. feeling so claustrophobic

Cleaning out the cobwebs reaching the glorious morning light.

And now it's been a while since the two of them have talked.

Waiting. There was a melancholy feeling in the air that night,

They couldn't say goodbye the way that they would've liked to

So, they turned the record on and danced to their song.

Two different natures full of passionate challenges

His fire burning her in a dangerous desert of violent quarrels

Smashing glass and he digging into her mind like a cuckoo

In his brown eyes a look she had never seen, blazing,

Choking in a room of his Parliament cigarettes, she stayed.

Mentally breaking down, thinking what he said was right

Dragging her along in the streets so she was never out of view

The manipulation, questioning herself, right at your mercy

Admiring their motivation, deep conversations, laughs,

Could sleep in his arms forever, that made it hard to leave.

Lustful filth living the lifestyle of the rich and famous

She had been craving, hesitating all the temptation

Untouched beauty took the forbidden step

In full submission into the eyes of his admiration

Showing her the world and it was full of satisfaction.

Fighting friction, a complex soul, she was born to runaway

The seventh found her wandering on a deceitful path

Playing his game, and now he's wishing he could heal her

Trusting the unknown, accepting the book, avoiding his wrath

Cannot change the past, in the end what's done is done

Lying to myself to resist you but I am not that strong

It will never matter what I do, you won't break that mould

You are worth so much more, you could be so much more

Take me to the dancefloor, aşkim, anywhere away from here

No one understands me like you, this is what I have left,

I can't feel like this is real, I just dont wana think anymore.
