The knot<?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" />

I have a knot in my shoelaces.

I think I will pull hard at the laces, maybe that will work?

Now the knot is worse, the resistance to the pulling has strengthened its resolve.

I still have a knot in my shoelaces, and I am frustrated and tired.

Pulling against the problem, working against the source,

Frustrations’ resolve grows.

Work in harmony, understand the problem

See that it is not a problem at all.

A simple knot is nothing more than intersecting lines, woven around each other.

Use calm and be objective. Patience should be exercised.

Unravel the knot and feel your frustration unravel.

Pull against the knot and feel your frustration bound tighter.

Do not seek to control, seek to understand.

The knot is the greatest lesson that I have ever known.
