This makes it much more personal than just a color!
Click on your profile
then click on customize profile
then up on left click on advanced
then in box where it says background url put the code from right clicking the picture you want and putting in the properties location code.
then where it says scroll change to no and where it says repeat make tile
and then make the color the transparent {important] and dont forget to click save
then scroll down to content and put the background code there and transparent.
Your picture will then be seen in the background on your page ,dont forget to click save
