Rules and Treatment

I am writing this blog to inform any new users that may come in to this chat room and are reading this about my experience at this site. Hopefully I can give a clear perspective of things without personal reasons getting in the way. Also, since they will probably read this blog and delete it, along with this account, I hope I will get everything that is needed to be said. I WAS a member here for over 3 years until recently when the owners and admins/mods decided they wanted to change the rules of the chat room. Apparently, I did something that I shouldn’t have, even though they didn’t really give me a fair warning. Yes they do look down on you if you go to another chat room for whatever STUPID reason that is. I entered the chat room and boom, I was banned without a reason from the Admin that was in there (StrGaze45). She may or may not have been the one that banned me but that doesn’t matter. The point is I feel that I have been used and betrayed by not only her but other members of this chat site. Over the years I have noticed drastic changes in the way things were run. People were let off the hook when they shouldn’t have and others were banned for no reason or any fair warnings. This site, the people that run and operate it, only care about themselves and NOT others. I feel I had done nothing wrong to violate the rules of the chat room, although I do have an idea as to why they did it. As I mentioned earlier, evidently going to talk to others in other chat rooms and having a freedom of speech is not a right in here. Yet, this reason is NOT outlined in the new rules that they have decided to FORCE upon the chatters in the Voice Chat. I never spammed the room or told anyone else about another chat room. Others have voiced their disprovals of these new rules, yet nothing happened to them. Some have even begged and pled to stay in the room, which is not fair. If I wasn’t given a second chance, why should others? Just because they tend to kiss the authorities ass to get what they want? To sum this all up, if you are thinking about joining this site, just know that you will be used and betrayed in many ways that you never thought were possible. People can be very conniving and vindictive in here, just to get what they want. They will tell you one thing but then turn around and stab you in the back. Just be careful and DON’T take this room serious at all. As for the rest that are already members here, some of you I thank you for your friendship and loyalty, as I will never get to talk to you again because of this dumb incident. Anyone of great importance know where to find me to talk. Others in here, I will not miss you at all due to the ways you have treated not only me but others who have come and gone over the years. I hope you think about the stupid crap that is going on and live with the guilt of ruining others’ fun just to get what you selfishly want.

ricky you left because your hosting was taken for excessive kicking. I think its pretty sad that you have to blame the site when indeed it was you that messed up not the site. If you chose to stay from the site because of yourself then so be it. Just don't go blaming the site. To be honest the way you acted about this whole thing reminded me of a 3 year old

Nice blog, E. I must say I agree with much of it although I've not been around to know what the new rules are. From my own personal experience it seems a few folks around here crap all over you then expect you to be grateful if they offer to sell you a towel to wipe it off with.

That, plus the fact that almost every regular was lyinging about something or another, is why I'm not around in Lobby much anymore.

I agree and thanks Tears... I appreciate it. I don't know what you mean. I didn't delete anything. I still see them both on my page. I can copy and paste them if you want me to but I didn't delete them. I wonder if anyone else can see them?

I understand where you're both coming from and at the time when I wrote this blog, I was very upset and hurt. That had a huge influence in what I wrote. I still stand by some of the things I said and pointed out. Were some of the things I said inappropriate or could have been worded differently? Yes. I guess the biggest issue that I had was why I was banned and wasn't even talked to before it. It was very sudden. I wish someone would have come to me and said that I did something wrong but nobody did. You're right as well. I should have come to you and talked about it but I needed to vent my frustrations, although this wasn't the best place to do it and yes, I do apologize for it. I agree that Tears has put more than his fair share into this site and there have been a lot of people that don't appreciate it. If I came across as one of those people, I apologize once again. Like I said, I have spent several years in here and it was a place I could come to in order to get away from reality. But in the last few months, that all changed when people decided they could say things without consequences or having me reply in a way they didn't like. It should be a two way street and not just one. That's why I made the statement on freedom of speech in here. I guess there were maybe a couple of people in there that made me feel like that wasn't an option and not the site in general. As for the atmosphere in different parts of the site, you're right that Voice is less welcoming because of certain cliques in there. But I also think it may have to do with the fact, in my own person experience, that people in lobby are used to just typing and may have the idea that you HAVE to get on mic in Voice and not type in there. But I found out, it is not like that. Honestly, I'm not going to beg to be let back into Voice chat. That is up to you all to decide. I do wish to continue coming here but like I said, it is up to you all. Otherwise, I guess I only have one option and go somewhere else.

My comment on the new rules is this,I am glad they are being enforced. The voice chat was getting out of control thats why alot of people didn't like going in there.It was a clique room if you didnt fit in you were treated mean thats why tears said enough is enough and made the rules. The people who didn't like the rules left...BYE to them they didn't give a shit about the site,the chatters or the owner they used it for their own self amusement and now where did it get them...nowhere. Not going to other chat sites is another good rule it shows loyality if I want to chat with someone outside of the chat room I e-mail them or go to facebook.Tears puts his heart and soul into this site everyday I see what he all does if he didn't care about it or the chatters he wouldn't keep working on it to make it better. The new rules are working good already its the ignorant people who don't want to change so let them go somewhere else.

Thats a interesting blog there E2121. As for banning you I have no idea. If you were banned Ill assume it was something you did seeing you never came to me about it at all and dont act like you dont have my email, I have an account in here. No this comment wont be deleted nor will your account. Ill just voice my opinion on alot of what your saying. First off I do care about everyone in the site. I always have and I have done more then my share to prove that. As for running to other chat sites that is a gray area with this site. Its not that we have a problem with people hanging in other chat rooms its more of a problem to us when they hang in chat rooms that purposely spam this site. Now you might not understand why but really it doesn't matter. I have explained many of times the theory behind this. If you would like to understand more please feel free to email me. The reason we enforced the new rules is the voice had a very bad reputation. It was a click, people were rude and it just became a complete mess. It was either clean up the chat or just delete it from this site. Lobby and cam both have a great atmosphere for new people that come in. Voice doesn't due to certain mods it had and users. If anyone should be pissed it should be me, yet I am not. Life goes on, the people that left or were removed in voice had to happen. Now that it is clean it gives me more freedom to want to invest in it and not have to worry about new people being offended by it or disrespected. Those that got what I was trying to do will remain in the chat. Those that didn't I wish them the best. Your comments on how I or the mods are selfish is more of a selfish comment in itself. Your comment on how some people were banned but then let back,these people made the effort of coming and talking to me which resulted us in working it out. E2121 freedom of speach in this site is always welcomed and those that feel they can't say anything because of the new rules pretty much says there only vocabulary is trashy and therefore Id rather some other site take them in. Freedom of speach is always welcome here as long as its clean and respectful towards others. Nothing wrong with having an opinion unless it becomes insulting. Lets face it who really likes to be disrespected.
